By accessing or using Super Humanizer (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

What the Service does

The Service uses an AI language model to rewrite text you provide and shows you the changes and readability metrics. Output is generated automatically and may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing and editing it before you use it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit content you don't have the right to use, or that infringes others' rights.
• Misrepresent someone else's work as your own, or violate any academic or workplace policy.
• Process unlawful, harmful, hateful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its providers.

You are responsible for disclosing AI assistance wherever your school, employer, or applicable rules require it.

No guarantee of detector results

We do not promise that rewritten text will pass, or fail, any AI-detection tool. Detection systems change constantly, and any human-likeness score we show is a signal to guide your edits, not a guarantee of any outcome.

Intellectual property

You keep all rights to the text you submit and to the output you receive, to the extent permitted by the AI provider’s terms. The Service itself — its design, code, and branding — remains our property.

Service “as is”

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time, and it may depend on third-party providers that are outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service or its output.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
